Blue was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky in 1957. He has been riding since he was 15 years old and bought his first horse in 1999. He is proud to be a member of the Federation of Black Cowboys, which he joined after being introduced to Dr. D at Linwood Diner. Blue splits his time between helping out at the Federation wherever he can and working as a crane operator. He is called Blue because he is from the “blue state of Kentucky”. He is always on the lookout for a big, fancy and high strung horse and considers Uncle Ben Miller his biggest hero.
